Packaging
Our microspheres are currently available at 10% solid (100mg of particle per ml), in 5, 10 and 50 ml packages. Fluorescent and Bio-Estapor® are delivered at 1% and calibration standards at 0.5% solid. Other concentration are available on request and after stability study. Preservatives can be added on request.
Shipping
Shipping charges (40 €) will be added to the invoice, except for orders =1500 € (free of charge).
Unless specifically advised we will ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) for foreign orders and Jet Service for domestic orders (France).
We reserve the right to select among common carriers or air freight in order to comply with International Air Transport regulations.
We make every attempt to fill your order promptly. All damaged or lost goods claims must be confirmed in writing within thirty days of the receipt of product. The seller shall be under no obligation to replace goods which have been damaged or lost by the carrier.
Storage, handling and use of products
Estapor® and bio-estapor® products will be shipped unrefrigerated.
Products should be stored at 4-8°C. All the products offered by Estapor®
Microspheres are for "in vitro" use only.
Patent disclaimer
The responsibility of all patent consideration in the use of our products rests solely with the user.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments
Please inspect packages immediately upon receipt and inform our Customer
Service of any shortage or damage within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns
Products with return authorization numbers will be accepted. Products shall not be returned without our written permission. A 20% restocking charge will be applied on materials returned because of the buyer’s error.
Reservation of title
All products remain our property until we receive full payment.
